1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Todoyou, including the applications, websites, and related materials we provide (the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using Todoyou, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Todoyou on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Todoyou is a productivity workspace designed to help you run habits, tasks, pathways, journaling, focus sessions, and personal expense or income tracking in one place. The Service is built offline-first: core records typically remain on your device.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. Todoyou is provided for personal productivity. It is not professional legal, medical, accounting, or investment advice, and it is not a bank or payment processor.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Todoyou lawfully and in good faith. You will not:

• Misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the app, our systems, or other users.
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Circumvent security, licensing, or access controls, or resell the Service without our permission.
• Rely on Todoyou as your only copy of irreplaceable data without maintaining your own backups.

You are responsible for the device you install Todoyou on, for keeping the app updated, and for the accuracy of the information you enter — including financial notes you choose to log.

4. Intellectual Property

Todoyou, including its name, logo, visual design, software, documentation, and website, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Todoyou IP to you.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our code, branding, or other proprietary materials except as allowed by law or a separate written license.

Content you create inside the app (such as tasks, journal entries, or expense notes) remains yours. You grant us only the limited technical rights needed to operate features you enable — which, by default, does not include uploading that content to our servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Todoyou will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet every productivity or financial-tracking need. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todoyou and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Because Todoyou stores much of your content locally, we are not responsible for loss of device data, failed backups, or records you delete. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Todoyou in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater, if a fee was paid.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of Todoyou after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
